Choosing a certified home inspector is one the most important decisions you'll make when buying a home.
I have over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. With that it allows me to easily locate and identify any potential issues. Once I have inspected the homes condition I can provide you with an easy to read report(you don't have to be a general contractor to understand what the problem is), to ensure that you wont come across any unexpected surprises or expenses.
My Promise to You
Deciding on the right home inspector pro doesn't have to be difficult. Unlike most contractor's, we'll probably not get to meet until after you hire me. All inspectors have varying experience, qualifications, equipment, report templates and, yes, different pricing. Some inspectors base their price on square footage, age of the home and location. I don't believe someone should be penalized because their interested in an older home or that their buying in a pricey neighborhood. We price off of square footage alone. One thing's for sure, a quality home inspection requires a keen eye and attention to detail. In the end a thorough inspection relies heavily on the individual inspector’s own knowledge and skill. If you allow me to inspect your new home, I guarantee as a certified home inspector that you'll get the best information on the condition of the home your interested in.
This I promise you,
